The gel on my electrode is coming off and/or spreading.

Please note that electrodes are safe to use as long as therapy feels comfortable and you don’t see an orange light on the device.

Gel spread is more likely to occur in hot, humid weather since the hydrogel may absorb additional moisture  and cause it to expand. If you find that gel spread is a problem, you may want to try the Quell Sport Electrodes.
