How long does a therapy session last? Do I have to do the full 60-minute therapy session?

The default setting is Regular Dose therapy mode. Regular Dose is a 60 minute therapy session that  restarts automatically every 60 minutes until you remove the device from your leg or manually stop therapy.  For most users, this provides optimal results. 

However, therapy can be customized using the app to suit your needs.  Within the Settings menu of the Quell App, you can select from a variety of Therapy Dose options that run therapy for different lengths of time.
