My Quell 2.0 device won’t pair/connect?
Place your charged device near your smartphone.
- Make sure the device is “awake”.
- Pick up the device and look for the white blinking light. If you do not see the white light blink, charge the device and try again to pair/connect to the Quell Relief App.
- If the device is still unable to pair/connect successfully, try this sequence of steps:
- If paired, unpair.
- Force Quit the Quell Relief App.
- Turn Bluetooth OFF in your smartphone Device Settings.
- Turn Bluetooth ON in your smartphone Device Settings.
- Pair the Quell device.
- If you are still unable to pair/connect successfully, try this sequence of steps:
- Pair the Quell device.
