I have a Quell Classic and I would like to upgrade to the Quell 2.0. Will I need to pair again?

Yes. First you will need to un-pair the App from the original device. Then you will need to pair to the new device.  You will need to make sure you upgrade to the latest version of the app (3.0) which supports the new Quell 2.0 device.
