I can’t start calibration.
First, ensure that your device has enough charge by picking it up and holding it in your hand (the electrode should not be connected to the device to check battery.) The indicator light will blink white if the battery has enough charge to run at least one therapy session. If no indicator light flashes, the battery needs to be recharged before calibration can occur. You can also view the battery level in the Quell App.
To start calibration, open the Quell App and select Calibration in the Settings menu. Click “Start Calibration”. You should be sitting down or standing still with your foot flat on the floor. Make sure the electrode is snapped onto the device, the liner has been removed, and your Quell is properly placed on your leg (on the upper calf, 1-2” below your knee). All 4 gel pads on the electrode must be making direct contact with your skin.
