The gel on my electrode is coming off and/or spreading.

The electrode should still function and can be used safely as long as the stimulation feels comfortable and the device does not repeatedly blink orange during therapy sessions. Gel spread is more likely to occur in hot, humid weather since the hydrogel may absorb additional moisture to cause it to expand. If you find that gel spreading is a problem, you may want to try the Quell Sport Electrode.
